Today, February 27, the Junior High English Department held our Annual English Learning Recital. The event showed how much students have learned and how they can use English with confidence in real-life situations.

Grade 7 students presented their Mini Study Abroad Program, sharing lessons about different countries and cultures they studied each month.

Grade 8 students acted out situations they may experience when traveling abroad, in preparation for their upcoming trip to Canada.

Grade 9 students shared their real experiences in Canada, talking about what surprised them and the memorable moments from their trip.

We hope this recital was a meaningful experience for both students and parents. It showed that learning English is not only about studying in class, but also about using the language in real life.

本日、中学校英語科では恒例の英語学習発表会を開催しました。このイベントでは、生徒たちの英語学習における深い学びの成果や、実生活で自信を持って英語を活用する様子を見ていただくことができました。

中学１年生は「ミニ留学プログラム」を発表し、毎月学んだ様々な国や文化についての学びをプレゼンしました。

中学２年生は、間近に控えた短期留学（カナダ）の英語研修に備え、海外旅行で遭遇しうる状況を劇で演じました。

中学３年生はカナダでの実体験をプレゼンし、現地で驚いたことや旅の思い出深い瞬間について語りました。

この発表会が生徒と保護者双方にとって有意義な経験となったことを願っています。英語学習は教室での勉強だけでなく、実生活で言語を活用することでもあることを示す機会となりました。
